unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
cannot open: HTTP status was '403 Forbidden'
This happens both from the US and from Sweden.

I've been having troubles getting to both Bioconductor and http://cran.fhcrc.org/ in the past few days from R. I'm in Portland, and they are in Seattle. I haven't seen a "forbidden", though.
Seth Falcon posted (on BioC) some hours ago that there is a problem with the Bioconductor website and that they are working on it. Kasper

I think things are under control at this point and that everything has migrated to the backup server. I'd appreciate hearing about further difficulties. I will post again before/if we move the server again as that will require a brief outage. + seth
