Dear BioC developers,
I want to update my package on Bioconductor, as it renders an error on your compoilers. I have repeatedly tried to clone the package from BioC repository (using git at git.bioconductor.org:packages/GRridge<mailto:git at git.bioconductor.org:packages/GRridge>) but fail to get access.
I have updated the SSH key on my github account, and checked whether it is linked to my BioC account. It is. I really have no clue what I should do next. Some help would be appreciated.
Cheers, Mark van de Wiel

I can confirm that everything is set correctly for access as well. I would suggest checking the FAQ's for git http://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html#faq particularly numbers 1, 13, 14, and 15.
