[Bioc-devel] riesling1: some package that install, build, check, and build bin OK, shown in red

Dear All,

In BioC 3.14, with riesling1, some packages that are shown as OK in
Install, Build, Check, and Build bin, show, however a red dot, and have no
zip. Some examples are (the first one I maintain; the rest I just picked randomly):

https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/OncoSimulR/

https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/AgiMicroRna/

https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ggcyto/

https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/heatmaps/

https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/yarn/

This has been the case for at least a few days (weeks?). I can see no
obvious pattern, nor what could maintainers do to fix this.

Best,

R.

Normally the red dot prevents propagation due to conditions that would not allow the package to function properly such as dependencies not being available, or a requested version of a package is not yet available.

Mousing over the red dot provides an explanation, e.g., for OncoSimulR "NO, package depends on 'Rgraphviz' which is not available." Rgraphviz is indeed failing on all three platforms, but from the landing page it has propagated some time this release for Linux and macOS and so OncoSimulR can also propagate for these platforms.

Thanks Martin and Lori, and sorry for the noise: it did not occur to me to
mouse over the red dot.
