Hello
I need to make a change to my package , it has been failing CMD check and
 build in R 3.6
I need to create a new GitHub repository for it and I tried to follow this
instructions:
http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/maintain-github-bioc/
But when I try to login to Biocredential Applications, it says my email is
not associated to any package as a mantainer. But it should be.
https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/login/?next=/BiocCredentials/

My email is: Inesdesantiago at gmail.com
My Package is: BaalChIP

Thank you.

Hi,

The email you registered is ines.desantiago at cruk.cam.ac.uk<mailto:ines.desantiago at cruk.cam.ac.uk>.

We can add your gmail address. But you?d have to activate it as a new account on the BiocCredentials app. In the next email, I will send you a temp password for the new account. Once you activate it and upload your SSH keys, you?ll have access to your package.

Best,

Nitesh

Thanks Nitesh
It works now, i was able to make changes and push them to the bioconductor
repository.
I did:
git push upstream master
git push orign master
git push origin RELEASE_3_6

Now , when I check this webpage:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/BaalChIP/
It still says it failed (yesterday).
Will it automatically update or do I need to do anything else?

Thank you

It looks like you didn't bump the version of your package with the recent changes. You have to bump the version to 1.9.1 in your DESCRIPTION in order for the build machine to recognize the changes. The packages are only built once a day. After you bump the version, please allow up to 24-48 hours to build and reflect in the report.
