[Bioc-devel] BioC 1.7 release DELAYED

Hi folks,

We have run into some critical issues with building viable Windows
binary packages and need to delay the release.

The new target release date is: Friday, 14 October.
We will release sooner if we can.

Please continue to refrain from committing changes to the svn
repository until the release is announced.
