I was able to update it before the deadline. Unfortunately, I found a bug in some functions. These bugs I fixed and upgraded to version 3.15.
In fact, on the website http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/EventPointer/
the latest commit is shown. However, the landing page (https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.15/bioc/html/EventPointer.html) is not updated with the latest commit. I know I uploaded these fixes late, but is there any way to make them appear in version 3.15?
On the other hand, I am trying to merge these changes into bioconductor version 3.16.
In http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/EventPointer/ it appears that EventPointer gives error. Last week I added the corrections to the master branch (that corresponds to the next version as far as I understand). However, the last commit does not appear, could you help me to know what I am doing wrong?
