Hello everyone, My package, TEKRABber, is accepted. However it faces "Package suggested but not available: ggpubr" ERROR when runs check on the merida1(macOS) on git at git.bioconductor.org. (Report: https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.15/bioc-LATEST/TEKRABber/merida1-checksrc.html) I think this situation is similar to "mosbi" package with not available "runibic" (https://www.mail-archive.com/bioc-devel at r-project.org/msg14682.html). I would like to know if it is possible for merida1 to provide ggpubr with its dependencies before the next release? If not, is there any suggestions for this issue? Thank you for your time! p.s. Sorry I did not add [Bioc-devel] at the front of my previous email, so I send this email again. Best, Yao-Chung
[Bioc-devel] TEKRABber package: Package suggested but not available: ggpubr

Bioc devel is currently using R-devel. It presents an interesting problem that CRAN sometimes has not yet created the macos binary for use. Which appears to be the case per the CRAN package page https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ggpubr/index.html As soon as it becomes available on CRAN then it will be available on our builders. You do not need to do anything at this time and can ignore the ERROR. We don't do manual installs of these packages before they become available as we can't ensure compatibility otherwise.
