Please be advised - while he helped you push changes to MBttest - those changes failed to fix the package and still need attention. I did reach out to you again notifying you of this.  Both MBttest and GMRP have been deprecated for Bioc 3.7 and will remain that way unless they build and check cleanly.  The packages have been failing for over two releases.  This was also announced to you through private emails and on the support site and on the mailing list.
