Hi, In the current windows binary downloads the CHM help files are missing, and in fact also HTML (or text) manpages. Has BioC adopted a different policy, or are these problems in the windows build system(s) ? Yours, Steffen

Support for CHM help has been drop starting with R v2.10.0. It has been discussed and motivated on the r-help mailing list several times, e.g. http://old.nabble.com/new-help-pages-in-R-2.10.0-td26221481.html This is actually a bit hard to find out, but it is explicit in the 'Windows specific' change file http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/CHANGES.R-2.10.0 that you find via the CRAN installation page for Windows. /Henrik
