Hi Bioconductor platform maintainers,

I am the maintainer of affylmGUI (and limmaGUI also). I have been on
leave for a couple of weeks and I find that I have been getting
automatically generated emails as follows:

According to the "Multiple platform build/check report" for BioC 2.5,
the affylmGUI package has the following problem(s):

o ERROR for 'R CMD check' on pitt. See the details here:
      http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.5/bioc-LATEST/affylmGUI/pitt-checksrc.html

On checking the report, the key lines are:

* checking for file 'affylmGUI/DESCRIPTION' ... OK
* this is package 'affylmGUI' version '1.20.0'
* checking package name space information ... OK
* checking package dependencies ... ERROR
Packages required but not available:
  tkrplot

The package compiles and checks on the other platforms correctly. I
presume pitt needs tkrplot installed (or perhaps located appropriately
if it is already there). The same error is occurring for my limmaGUI
package.

There are similar messages for the Bioc 2.6 build/check report.

Could someone check tkrplot on the pitt host please,

cheers,

Keith

Keith,
There was a libtk issue on pitt that needed to be addressed. This is
fixed and affylmGUI will build again.
