Dear Bioconductor Team,

I am currently listed as an author (role = "aut") for the scHiCcompare
package in its DESCRIPTION file. However, when attempting to push changes
to the repository at:

git remote add upstream git at git.bioconductor.org:packages/scHiCcompare.git
Then I got error message:
I am not too sure how I can have the right to access this.

Thank you,

MN

Bioconductor will initially only give the maintainer of the package push access. It is best practice for only one person to have access to push changes; while the other should submit changes to the maintainers repository for merges and review. If multiple people really need push access, You will need the maintainer of the package request this. Once requested we can grant additional access; we will need your BiocCredentials account email/id. If you do not already have a BiocCredentials account, we can assist with creating it.
