[Bioc-devel] Change of package mantainer/manager

Hi Carles,

We would need your colleagues email address so we can make BiocCredentials account. The BiocCredentials account allows for SSH key maintenance. 

Once the maintenance access is given, your colleague would have to change the DESCRIPTION file where the names of the maintainer is mentioned.

I?ve given the access needed to Xavier.

One issue though, there is no package in Bioconductor called, CTDquerier. Please let me know if this is a mistaken package name? The only other package Carles has access to is ?brgedata?.

You?ll should activate your account https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/account_activation and then log in. CTDquerier was removed in Bioconductor 3.12 after being deprecated in 3.11 as it had been failing across all OS platforms since at least 05/31/19 with no response or contact.  The package is considered defunct and could be reinstated by re-submitting to the new package tracker.
