[Bioc-devel] New BioC 2.0 daily builds + packages removed from the BioC 1.9 builds

Hi all,

We've started to build and check all devel packages with R-2.5.
The results are published on the BioC 2.0 daily build/check report
page:

  http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.0/

Today, you'll find the same packages on this page than on the
BioC 1.9 daily build/check report page:

  http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/1.9/

However, starting on tomorrow, the following 15 packages will be
removed from the BioC 1.9 daily build/check report:
  - arji
  - exprDB
  - GeneRfold
  - gtkWidgets
  - lapmix
  - LPEP
  - msbase
  - mscalib
  - prism
  - rhdf5
  - RLMM
  - RPostgreSQL
  - splots
  - SNPscan
  - TypeInfo

This means that they will not be part of the Bioconductor 1.9 release.

The 189 remaining packages are still candidates for inclusion in the
release. If you maintain one of them, please remember to remove all
possible warnings before the end of the week. Thanks!
