My name is Tsung-Heng Tsai and I'm the current maintainer of MSstatsPTM. I
no longer work for Northwestern University and will not be able to actively
take care of the package. Could you help transfer the maintainship of
MSstatsPTM to Devon Kohler (kohler.d at northeastern.edu)? Please let us know
if you have any questions or need additional information.

I just wanted to follow up on this and was wondering how long adding a new maintainer normally takes? I was hoping to push some new code for the 3.13 release! Thanks for your help.
