[Bioc-devel] Affymetrix's Targeted Genotyping arrays ?

Hi,

Would anyone have :
- a workflow for Affymetrix's Targeted Genotyping arrays ?
- sample data to share (sample information can be recoded, if the
dataset is not yet fully public - I am after the 4-CELs, rather than
after the DTT but would take the later as well).
