Dear Bioconductor Team, I noticed that cfTools' GitHub page ( https://github.com/jasminezhoulab/cfTools) is not updated following the new RELEASE_3_21. Previously, there will be an automatic bump of the x.y.z version after the new release, but I don't see it this time. Could you please look into this? Thank you very much! Best, Ran

Dear Ran, The version bump is done on the Bioconductor's git server. You can observe the version bump here: https://code.bioconductor.org/browse/cfTools/commits/devel To bring those changes to your github repository you can follow the guides at https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html#sync-existing-repositories .
