Packages with 0.99.z version numbers (where z is an integer) automatically get promoted to 1.0 for release, according to the standard: http://wiki.fhcrc.org/bioc/Version_Numbering_Standards Is this a generic standard? For instance, will a 1.99.z package version get updated to version 2.0 for the release. Thanks! -Colin
