[Bioc-devel] draft biocViews web interface

based on the biocViews: fields available to me last night, you
can navigate the biocViews at

i know that i need to put in a "back to top" link somehow, and we
need some method of getting a little more content beyond the package
name up to the view list level.  i will try to push the package
title text in wherever we mention a package.

the infrastructure to build these pages is now done, so i can focus
on content.  suggestions welcome.
