[Bioc-devel] Package updating Error

Hi Ahmer,
Dear Developers,

I am updating my package but getting following note.

*no visible global function definition for 'subject'*

The problem (identified and reported to me off-list by Martin) was
that the "subject" method was not exported from Biostrings. Now it
is (in Biostrings 2.37.7).

Please let us know if you run into further problems.

I have tried using import(Biostrings) and Depend(Biostrings) but problem
persist. I am using it to get subject of pairwiseAlignment output.
