Hmisc and Design Packages

Thanks to Xiao Gang Fan new versions of the Hmisc and Design libraries are now available for Windows users at http://hesweb1.med.virginia.edu/biostat/s/library/r

The libraries have also been updated for Linux/Unix/MacOSX users.  Hmisc now passes R CMD CHECK except for some warnings about help files.  Many bugs have been fixed and all help file examples now run.  It will soon be submitted to CRAN.  Design will be at that point in about 3 weeks hopefully.
