R 1.6.0 source RPM and binary RPM's compiled for Mandrake 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 have been uploaded and will duly propagate through CRAN. A binary 1.6.0 package for Mandrake 9.0 will be made available as soon as possible - maybe in 10 days' time.
