Subject: Suggestion for 'contrasts' help page
The help page for 'contrasts' has a mention of the 'options' in the Details
section. Would it make sens to include an example of how to use options
to set the contrasts?
# Set contrasts for furhter computations
options(contrasts=c("contr.treatment","contr.poly"))
This seems useful to me.
