RcppTemplate 2.0 R/C++ interface library update

The demo package RcppTemplate for the
R/C++ interface library Rcpp has been updated
for improved portability, with thanks to
Brian Ripley for his comments.
Please use versions >= 2.0 for maximum
portability across platforms.
