R-alpha: R-0.49 patch 2

Developers, watch out:

The patch seems to install the files with the new code for family and
glm into the man subdir of src/library/base rather than into funs.

(I already contacted Ross directly this morning for a quick fix, but
apparently missed him ... perhaps I should start working at 5:30 am.)
