Package size NOTE in R CMD check

No.
I can see that the NOTE is useful to avoid garbage in the package, but since the libs directory is created by R CMD INSTALL, it is relatively hard to put garbage there.
Actually people do manage to get garbage in their .so files.
Not a critical issue, but it would be nice to have a clean check results page.
