BUG at http://www.r-project.org/ (PR#903)

Dear Sirs,

1. link
    http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/windows-NT/
   is cycled. (and it is impossible to get R-binaries for Win2000)

2. why pages http://cran.r-project.org/ does not contain email address
   for such a bugs, broken links and etc?
