[1] Add after
  "R is a collaborative project with many contributors.
  Type 'contributors()' for more information and
  'citation()' on how to cite R in publications."

  For bugs, suggestions, and questions, type faq().

Then, bugs() should say three things:
  [a] it should link to this page;
  [b] it should refer to the archives of the R mailing lists,
      preferably a searchable version, such as
      http://maths.newcastle.edu.au/~rking/R/
