R in Spanish?

Hi R developers:

I want to ask if there is a Spanish R installation,
if not, why not, and how can I help to
make the Spanish version, if you tell me how
I am willing to help with  it.

There isn't currently a Spanish translation.  Instructions on how to do 
translations are on the web page

organize a Spanish translation team, I could list your name and contact 
information on <http://developer.r-project.org/TranslationTeams.html>.
