Warning from R CMD build

Hi,

I wonder about the reason for the following lines:

it produces a warning like

"Writing R Extensions" however says:

Note that @file{Makevars} should not normally contain targets, as it is
(except on Windows) included before the default makefile and
@command{make}
is called without an explicit target.
