Codoc mismatches

I have a function:

source_dir <- function(path, pattern = "\\.[rR]$", chdir = TRUE) ...

documented with

...
\usage{source_dir(path, pattern="\\.[rR]$", chdir=TRUE)}
...

But I get

Is this a bug, or do I need
