This is an FAQ, not a bug. See "6.3 When using Rgui the output to the
console seems to be delayed." in the Windows FAQ. Please note that it is
considered impolite to not scan the FAQ before posting a bug report. The
Windows FAQ is usually very easy to find -- it's right there under the
"Help" menu in the Windows GUI.
