R 3.2.2 64 bit compilation error on AIX

Please note that if I don't specify those variables, then R 32 bit
compiles fine.  Thanks.

I tried going all the way back to R 2.15.3 and I still get this error.
Any suggestions for fixing this?  Thanks.
