OmegaHat and install packages menu

Run available.packages() (which is what you're seeing in the menu). There are multiple versions of some packages available. It would be nice if the list presented from the menu were more informative; I think the Mac GUI does a good job of this. Nice, but a fair bit of work, I think. Duncan Murdoch
