Quit R by pressing button (tcltk) (PR#1475)
R 1.3.1 is rather old, but this is a bug report on Tcl/Tk, not on R. (Notice which DLL failed!) I get no failure on 1.4.1 nor 1.5.0pre under Windows 2000. Please try updating your R, and perhaps also your Tcl/Tk (mine is 8.3.4.2-1, which was the latest last week).
