make.function.html and datasets (PR#638)

The descriptions of datasets are wrong. Here are also the descriptions of other function, which do not belong to these datasets.
This is a victim of a late change to the default arguments of scan. Please add quote="" to both occurrences of scan in the function. I think we've learnt not to change such things in a bug-fix release ....
