dlopen/dlclose etc for Darwin

The current version of R-devel has internal support for 
dlclose/dlopen/dlsym for Darwin.
Configure problems have also been solved thanks to Brian and Kurt.
Having or not libdl.0.dylib etc it is always the internal code that is 
used.
