A second patch for R-0.49 is now available as ftp://stat.auckland.ac.nz/pub/R/R-0.49.patch2.gz and soon from mirror sites. This patch fixes a variety of memory management problems and has some updates for a number of numerical functions, including dhyper / phyper / qhyper / rhyper pbeta / qbeta qt qnorm In addition, Thomas Lumley has provided some reworking of the glm code. I have nearly completed building a new TASKS lists and we are starting work on the problems in it. More patches will follow.
