R-beta: Literal "&" in help index

Dear Ted,
thank you for your quick and valuable feedback!
However, as Peter Dalgaard has already pointed out,
	
	PLEASE STOP posting to  R-announce.

	R-announce is ONLY for *IMPORTANT* announcements
	of software releases, and the like.

Please use  R-help for generally relevant questions/answers
and use  R-devel for long, technically oriented bug reports, fixes, etc.
