Please don't jump the gun: remember that rw1030 is not yet on CRAN and was not released when CRAN last ran a sweep. That's a very temporary change to avoid people updating on rw1023 to versions that needed rw1030, and it will change on CRAN tomorrow. However, VR is already one of the recommended packages which come with rw1030, so you don't need to install it from CRAN.
