Help on R-2.10.1 installation on AIX5.3

Actually I successfully compiled R-2.8.1 on this machine wiht these parameters and a patch on http://prs.ism.ac.jp/~nakama/AIX/changefiles. Would you mind to tell me what I can do if I want to build R-2.10.1
I don't touch AIX from last year... I asked for the use of AIX. However, I get the word a request was forgotten well.
