I see: In this case, just use e-mail and make sure to keep
the *original* 'PR#<...>' in the 'Subject:' line of the mail.
As Brian Ripley has once remarked, it may make sense to move the
'PR#<nnnn>' to the beginning of the subject line since that is
often wrapped when it becomes somewhat long.
