rw1071 - cut and paste bug (PR#3285)

Which cut and paste buttons / Hotkeys, please? The Menu? CTRL-C and 
friends? Which OS version?
Works for me either with Menu and shortcuts using a self-compiled 
version of R-1.7.1 on WinNT4.0.

It's `over-zealous removal' of show(RConsole), in menucopy, menupaste,
menucopypaste.  (Also menukill.)

I'll commit a fix to R-patched shortly.

`Allegedly' as they say.  (There might be one earlier.)  In any case,
R-patched will continue to be available for people to compile up.

This looks like the explanation of PR#2798, which never mentioned using the
toolbar buttons and so was not reproducible.
