For Windows users: the snapshots are included in the SetupR.exe install program that is available on my web site at <http://www.stats.uwo.ca/faculty/murdoch/software/r-devel> Check the date on the file to see when I last did a build and upload. (Right now the date shows it was built yesterday. I'll probably do another build tomorrow.) I don't think Rcmd INSTALL is currently working, but I imagine it will be after the next build or two.
