I also downloaded "http://cran.at.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/grid.zip" and "http://cran.at.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/lattice.zip" and then installed the packages from my local zip files. Running the following commands (Windows NT 4.0) causes R to crash:
