Yes, and it was offline part of the weekend too. Problematic for the release tomorrow if this persists.

So mail adressed to (e.g.) r-help@r-project.org is not going through, please use ...@lists.r-project.org or ...@stat.math.ethz.ch .

The web access was down for a while, other things seem to be OK. The daily snapshot got built with a couple of glitches (a CVS conflict over the FAQ, and apparently it couldn't fetch the Recommended packages because of a name resolution failure).
