I've tested my DSE library under Solaris and Linux and I'm ready to put a tar.gz
on
CRAN/src/contrib/devel. How do I do that? I apologize, I know you've explained
this before, but I can't find the instructions.

Ooops, there's really nothing about uploading in the html pages, only
in the mirrors page and that's not the obvious place to look at
... I'll change that a.s.a.p.

just put it into

	ftp://ftp.ci.tuwien.ac.at/incoming

and drop a note to wwwadmin@ci.tuwien.ac.at

best,
fritz

(Imagine that - someone actually read at least part of the FAQ! What
a novel idea.)

Doug
I did look in the FAQ, which I usually find very useful, but even checking it
again I don't see these instructions. I must be going blind in my old age.
Perhaps I'm using the wrong version of the FAQ. Just exactly which FAQ are you
reading and where do you see these instructions?

(BTW - Thanks for your clarification on R INSTALL pkg lib, which I was also
following from the FAQ, but I made some wrong assumptions. I didn't think that
INSTALL actually needed to copy things since all the structure was already in
pkg, so I was quite confused.)
