It's certainly there! we all mirror it from Vienna !
It maybe that the html text doesn't yet have the proper link...
But it IS there (and on any other CRAN mirror)
 in the   ./src/base/ directory !

have to enhance outer() as well!  But I expect an enhanced outer() would
