.eps form of the R logo

Thomas Lumley and I are creating slides for short courses on R. We
are using the prosper style for LaTeX (see prosper.sourceforge.net)
which allows the use of a logo on the slides. It seems to be able to
handle .ps or .eps files. The only versions of the R logo that I have
been able to find are .jpeg. Although I can convert the .jpeg file to
.eps in an image manipulation program like GIMP I would prefer not
to duplicate the effort of others. Has someone already done this? If
so, where would I find the file?

In the Rnews sources, on your machine, file Rlogo.eps.

I do teach my students not to put logos on slides, though. They (and
frames) only serve to distract the eye from the real information.
