For Windows, this page http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/ gives a link to download - R 2.9.2 - r-patched (R 2.9.2 patched) - old releases and - r-devel (R 2.11.0) but there is no obvious link to R 2.10.0. From where do we download that?
