¿Qué llamas patrón? ¿Una curva parametrizada? Si es asÃ, creo que te harÃa falta un modelo biológico que justifique este modelo de curva. Si no existe dicho modelo biológico, creo que lo más apropiado, serÃa utilizar el análisis funcional de datos, y el "patrón" podrÃa ser por ejemplo la curva central.
